These people are unauthorized party trying to show, directly and/or indirectly, association / affiliation with erstwhile India Gypsum Limited now Saint-Gobain India Pvt Ltd. by using erstwhile corporate name, trademark and domain name of erstwhile India Gypsum Ltd.

We wish to caution at our esteemed consumers and the general public that Saint-Gobain India Pvt Ltd. and its associated companies (“Saint-Gobain”) have neither appointed nor authorized any party or company to represent us or associate to us or act on our behalf or use the name, trademark and logo/websites of erstwhile India Gypsum Ltd.
Consumers and general public are requested to exercise caution whilst dealing with such unauthorized persons, attempting to misuse the name of the erstwhile India Gypsum Ltd and unsolicitedly market the products and services offered by a new company also named as the India Gypsum Pvt Ltd. Please take note that Saint-Gobain has nothing to do with the aforesaid Individuals or parties under name India Gypsum Pvt. Ltd.

Saint-Gobain hereby cautions and warns individuals, parties etc., to desist from using the name of India Gypsum for any fraudulent practices and misrepresent to associate and/or affiliate with the Saint-Gobain for the purposes of making unsolicited commercial communication, without the knowledge and authority of the Saint-Gobain and stringent action (criminal and civil) would be initiated against any person/s or Company practicing any fraudulent act and/or misrepresentation and/or violation of intellectual property rights of Saint-Gobain in any manner whatsoever.

If you come across with any such fraudulent incident or have any information regarding misrepresentation by any person or company in the name of Saint-Gobain, Gyproc or erstwhile India Gypsum Limited, or its products, please assist us in taking appropriate action to curb such malacious activities.
